Sautéd broad beans

Ingredients
Broad Beans
Garlic clove
water
Large pinch Paprika
Salt
Pepper

 

Instuctions
Fry the garlic in a little oil until golden then remove from the pan and set aside.

Sauté the beans for around 5 minutes.

Take the garlic and grind with the paprika, pepper and salt in a pestle and mortar then add to the beans with a little water. Cover and cook for around 20 minutes or so. Add more water if necessary.

The number of servings determines the quantity of beans needed.

This recipe works well with frozen beans.

A simple dish but cooked to perfection by my Granny.
