Ingredients
Small potatoes (do not peel just rinse well)
Sea salt(plenty)
Instuctions
Place potatoes in a pan and just about cover with water. Add loads of salt then cook until the potatoes have wrinkled.
The traditional way is to cook them in sea water but settle for a large quantity of sea salt instead.
Drain and serve with Mojo sauce.
