Ingredients
Banana
Tinned lychees
Fresh ginger (grated)
Honey (runny)
Instuctions
Split banana in two and place into a baking dish
Surround by lychees
Drizzle with some juice of the tinned lychees
Sprinkle with ginger
Drizzle with honey
Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes or so
Serve with creme fraiche
