Ingredients
Fresh Asparagus
Olive Oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Balsamic vinegar
Instuctions
Take a bunch of fresh Asparagus, bend so that the woody ends break off. Heat a griddle pan to a high temperature. Meanwhile in a bowl roll the Asparagus in some olive oil, black pepper and sea salt.
When the pan is very hot throw the Asparagus on for a few minutes shaking the pan from time to time.
When the Asparagus has changed to a gorgeous green with some burnt stripes remove and place on a serving plate.
Thinly slice some Parmesan cheese over with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and good quality balsamic vinegar. Voila!
