Ingredients
2 handfuls of chopped green beans, cabbage and spinach.
Small onion chopped.
Crushed garlic clove.
1¾ litres good stock.
¼ litre milk.
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp olive oil.
Handful fresh savory chopped.
200 g pasta
Seasoning.
Instuctions
Lightly fry onions until soft then add garlic.
Add vegetables and reduce heat to low for 5 minutes or so.
Add stock and bring to boil then add pasta - simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk flour with the milk.
Reduce heat adding the flour mixture and savory leaves stirring whilst the soup thickens.
Taste and season accordingly.
Serve with ripped fresh basil leaves as a garnish.
