Mustard & Dill Sauce

Ingredients
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
Dollop mayonnaise
Dollop sour cream
1 tbs grainy mustard
Bunch chopped fresh Dill
1 tsp brown sugar
Sea salt

Instuctions
In a bowl mix dry mustard and lemon juice with a fork then let the flavours mingle for a few minutes.
Add mayo, cream, grainy mustard, dill and sugar to the bowl and whisk.
Taste then season placing the covered bowl in the fridge to firm up.
Bring back to room temperature before serving with fish.
