Traditional Mint Sauce

Ingredients
Bunch fresh mint leaves
1 cup malt vinegar
2 tbs sugar

 

Instuctions
Whizz half the mint leaves in a blender with a little vinegar.
Chop the remainder by hand.
Bring vinegar, mint leaves and sugar to a simmer in a saucepan for 20 minutes.
Allow to infuse before bottling.
