Ingredients
4-6 garlic bulbs
2 litres water
Bunch fresh sage leaves
4 slices rye bread
150 ml extra virgin olive oil
Fresh flat leaf parsley
Instuctions
Peel the garlic and boil in water for 20 minutes.
Add sage and season.
Leave for the flavours to infuse (a couple of minutes).
Place the bread in a bowl and cover with the soup.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
