Ingredients
½ shredded white cabbage.
Splash white wine.
Olive oil.
S & P.
Instuctions
Heat oil in a pan then add cabbage, after a few minutes splash in some wine and gently sauté for 6-8 minutes.
At the end of the cooking process throw in a large pinch of caraway seeds. Season then serve with roast pork.
