Ingredients
1 tsp black peppercorns.
1 tsp caraway seeds.
4 cardomon pods.
4 dried chillies
1 peeled garlic bulb.
Bunch coriander leaves.
Instuctions
Whizz the lot in a blender then use to add flavour to soups and casseroles.
