Jamaican fry snapper in white sauce

Ingredients
2lb of red snapper fillet
1/4 cup chopped onions,
1/4 cup of bell peppers finely chopped,
1/2 cup flour,
1/4 cup of vegetable oil,
1/2 cup mayonnaise,
1Tbsp of salt,
lTbsp black pepper,
1 egg white
Fresh thyme

 

Instuctions
preheat frying pan with vegetable oil. mix salt and black pepper together. add mixture of salt and black pepper to fillet. roll each snapper fillet in egg white and then in the flour. put fillet into the frying pan. fry until golden brown. In a blender puree onions sweet peppers mayonnaise and thyme. pour mixture in a sauce pan. place sauce pan over low heat put fried snapper fillets in to sauce pan for 3-5 minutes. enjoy!
